1)Water – it is essential for a good-looking and healthy skin. Water helps you get rid of all toxins accumulated in your body and makes your skin look healthier and younger. So, drink plenty of water every day.

2) Green tea – it is perfect for people who don’t drink plenty of water. Green tea has many different health benefits and it is extremely good for the skin. It can be drunk both cold and warm but it is recommended to avoid putting sugar or milk in it in order to not reduce its benefits.

5) Berries – the different types of berries, including strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, are rich in antioxidants and are very beneficial for the skin. You can consume them alone, added to cereal or combined with other dishes.
