You must realize, that the sleep and healthy eating going hand to hand. When your diet includes lots of fruits, veggies, lean proteins, and water, you have loads of energy. It’s easy to prepare healthy meals and snacks, and you feel much more in control of what you put into your own body. Moreover, your hunger is more control than if you are not sleep. The healthy sleep, is loads your batteries, you doing every daily deads with plesure and easily. And more important – the overweight is going to melt bit by bit.
