People have been using apple cider vinegar for weigh loss during many centuries. This is a natural weight loss method that has numerous benefits. Apple cider vinegar contains many nutrients, enzymes and organic acids that improve metabolism and suppress appetite. In addition, apple cider vinegar reduces water retention and cholesterol, and it enhances the circulatory system.

1. Two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar are mixed with a glass of water or Chamomile tea. You can add raw honey, and cinnamon powder which has the ability to reduce cholesterol and to stimulate the weight loss.

2. You should drink the mixture twice a day, about 30 minutes before each meal.
3. It is recommended to do exercises 3-4 times per week in order to enhance the weight loss.
4. You need to drink plenty of water in order to clean your body.
5. The intake of apple cider vinegar should be combined with a health and balanced dietary plan.

    What are you indicating, man? I realize everyones got their own thoughts and opinions, but really? Listen, your blog is cool. I like the energy you put into it, particularly with the vids and the pics. But, come on. Theres gotta be a better way to say this, a way that doesnt make it seem like everyone here is stupid!
