Body Detoxification with Herbs

There are numerous detoxifying diets, but most of them don’t stimulate the liver, lungs and the kidneys. If you want to detoxify your body organ by organ, you need to use herbs. There are different herbs for the cleaning of the different body organs. In addition, herbs will not only detoxify your organism but will also provide essential vitamins, mineral and enzymes.

Herbs can interact with each other and this interaction makes their properties even stronger. They will help you achieve body detoxification and maintain your overall health. Read below to find out what herbs you should use in order to clean your liver, kidneys and lungs.

herbsHerbs for Liver Detoxification
If you want to detoxify your liver, it is recommended to use the following herbs: dandelion, red beet, liverwort, parsley, horsetail, chamomile, goldenrod, black cohosh. These herbs will clean the liver from all accumulated toxins and will improve its proper functioning.

Herbs for Kidney Detoxification
It is recommended to use these herbs to clean your kidneys: parsley, uva ursi, dandelion, marshmallow, juniper berries, cedar berries, ginger, dong quai. They will provide the kidneys with the proper nutrition.

Herbs for Lung Detoxification
The following herbs are very beneficial for lung detoxification: marshmallow, comfrey, mullein, Chinese ephedra, slippery elm and senega.
