Soybeans are another natural supplement that plays an important role for your general health. The soy protein successfully substitutes protein from meat sources and lowers triglycerides and cholesterol. Soybeans also protect the heart from various diseases.

 

By maintaining low levels of cholesterol in your body, you maintain very good general health as high cholesterol is connected to some very serious heart diseases.
