Sugar drinks should also be reduces and avoided as much as possible because they contain not only sugar, but many calories and chemical that you don’t really need. For example, one soda contains about 10 teaspoons of sugar. One should not believe that a sugar-free drink is a healthy one. There are many researches which prove that artificial sugar substitutes used in the products of soft drinks can interfere with the natural regulation system of the body. You should try drinking water with a bit of lemon juice in it instead of soft drinks.
