You should take snacks with you, whether you are travelling or at work. Include some source of carbohydrate as well, i.e. beans or wholegrain bread. They will give you an energy boost.

Finally, celebrities choose organic and local produce over pre-made dinners and frozen meals. Packaged and processed food is loaded with preservatives, hormones, and other chemicals that prevent proper hormonal activity. Obviously, you should avoid junk food because it is packed with saturated and trans fats, sodium, and sugar. Eat healthy, stay healthy, look like a Hollywood celeb!
