Natural Herbal Vitamins

Vitamins are molecules found in food. Human body needs these molecules for growth, reproduction, vitality and good health. Herbal vitamins are used to treat various medical conditions and problems, to improve general health and as part of the diet. They are safer than chemically produced vitamins and are widely recommended by health care practitioners.

Herbal vitamins are produces from seeds, roots, stems, bark, leaves, berries and flowers of different plants. They are available as pills and capsules or as teas. These vitamins can prevent innumerable illness such as colds, nausea, insomnia, depression, headaches, anxiety, arthritis, etc. Herbal vitamins may help thousands of people to solve their medical problems and make them healthier.

Herbal vitamins are derived from herbs that we use everyday in our lives. Parsley, for examples is rich is vitamin B complex, vitamin C, beta-carotene, calcium, potassium, iron, folate, sulfur and phosphorus. This plant stimulates tissue repair, it is involved in the formation of red blood cells, has the ability to purify the blood and liver. It is also a beneficial cure for water retention and indigestion. Parsley can also be helpful for improvement of various infections, diabetes and kidney disease.

Garlic is another example of herb that has many benefits. It is a rich source of vitamin C and minerals. We use garlic in cooking, but it is very potent herb that is used in the treatment of numerous conditions. Dandelion contains tons of vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, and vitamin E, while Aloe Vera has a lot of vitamin C and vitamin B-22. Rose hips are also very potent and contain 60 times more vitamin C than lemons. They are also rich in vitamin B Complex, vitamin A, vitamin E.

Certain fruits, legumes and spices are also classified as herbal vitamins. Cranberry, for example, contains vitamin C and flavonoids. Chili peppers are rich in vitamin C, minerals and beta-carotene. Fenugreek has large amounts of vitamin A, vitamin D, and protein.

Herbal vitamins provide the body with all necessary nutrients and prevent it from many problems and illness. In addition, they are not as dangerous as vitamins and minerals that are produced synthetically.
