Healthy lifestyle remains one of the best ways to prevent stretch marks. Men should consume varied and healthy food and exercise. They should keep their weight training to a moderate level in order to avoid rapid changes. Human bodies don’t like fast and sudden changes; they prefer all processes to happen moderately.
Adolescence is risky period when stretch marks appear because of the physiological changes boys undergo to become grown-up men. The stretch marks that occur during puberty can be compared to acne. Men should know that this can hardly be prevented. What they should do is to continue living in a healthy way and to exercise moderately.
